Lease Terms & Conditions (Summary)

By proceeding with a lease through WALLE Corp., you agree to the following:

• Ownership: Equipment remains the property of WALLE Corp. throughout the lease term.

• Payments: Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month. First and last month’s payments may be required upfront.

• Care: You are responsible for the general care and safe operation of the leased equipment. Misuse or neglect may result in repair charges.

• Damage/Theft: You are responsible for reporting damage or loss immediately. Replacement costs may apply.

• Returns & Buyout: At the end of your lease, you may return the unit, renew your plan, or request a buyout quote.

• Early Termination: Cancelling early may result in a cancellation fee and forfeiture of the security deposit.

• Legal: Lease agreements are governed by Ontario law.
