Winter StormGuard Visits: Within 24 hours post-storm
Service Description
Winter StormGuard™ Visits (After Each Snowfall Over 5cm) Automatic or on-request post-storm inspections after snowfall above your set threshold (4–5 cm is standard). StormGuard Visit Includes: • Clearing snow/ice around the dock to prevent misalignment • Removing ice buildup around sensors, track assemblies, and attachment points • Running a full-function test of the snowblower module • Checking auger rotation, chute motor operation, and throws • Re-seating any snow-compacted wiring or antenna issues • Inspecting the area for hazards that could interfere with clearing • Ensuring batteries are charging properly in cold weather • Restarting or recalibrating the unit if issues are detected Verifying snow clearing performance. This prevents 90% of the “my Yarbo is stuck, iced, or not working today” calls.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please give 24Hr notice. Weather can be a factor, In most cases we will try and meet the date/time you're requesting. We'll notify you via text or email of any scheduling changes due to weather conditions. In most cases service date will move the the next day. Please ensure all pets, children are kept inside during snow removal operations for their Safety.
