Yarbo 24-Hour+ Mowing Contract – Charging & Base Station Policy 1. Purpose To ensure safe, reliable operation of the Yarbo robot mower during extended mowing jobs (24 hours or more), this policy sets expectations for customer cooperation in base station placement, access to power, and maintenance of charging infrastructure. 2. Customer Obligations When a mowing job lasts 24 hours or more, the customer agrees to: a. Provide Suitable Charging Location Supply a dedicated electrical outlet (standard [specify voltage, e.g. 120V] outlet with weather-proof cover if outdoors) within [specify distance, e.g. 10-15 meters] of the operation area for the base station / docking station. Ensure accessibility for the base station so that Yarbo can autonomously return when charging is needed (battery threshold settings) or be manually directed to charge. b. Allow Base Station / Docking Station Installation Permit WALLE Corp to install the Yarbo base station / docking station at a mutually agreed location on your property. Ensure that the base station remains unobstructed, stable, level, and in a location that is sheltered from excessive moisture or direct extreme weather when possible. Maintain a clear “pathway” for Yarbo to/from the base station (no obstacles, debris, or physical barriers). c. Provide Continuous Access Keep the area around the charging/outlet and base station accessible 24/7 for the duration of the job. Do not move, block, or tamper with the base station, wiring, or power source while the unit is in operation. d. Power Supply Condition The supplied power outlet must be stable, with appropriate capacity and protection (e.g. weatherproof outdoor outlet if needed, GFCI where required). Customer is responsible for any damage or interruption caused by inadequate power supply (surges, intermittent outages, etc.). 3. WALLE Corp Obligations WALLE Corp agrees to: a. Proper Installation Place the base station in a location that optimizes Yarbo’s operation (i.e., near the mower’s mapped area, minimal travel time to/from charging). Ensure all wiring and installation meets safety standards and is weather-appropriate. b. Set Charging Protocols Configure Yarbo to autonomously return to the docking station when battery drops to agreed threshold level (default threshold: ___%) unless otherwise specified. Use the docking station or wired charging as required per job schedule. c. Maintain Equipment The customer is responsible for any damage to the base station or
