Terms of Service
WALLE Corp. (Walsh Autonomous Lawn & Landscaping Equipment Corp.) 32–1750 Creek Way, Burlington, ON L7L 7E2 Last updated: September 3, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of walleondemand.ca, your purchase of products from us, and any grounds maintenance or snow removal services we perform for you. "We," "us," and "WALLE Corp." refer to Walsh Autonomous Lawn & Landscaping Equipment Corp. "You" refers to the person or business using the site or buying from us.
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you're ordering for a business, you confirm you're authorized to bind that business.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at kwalsh@walleondemand.ca if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or close an account that's used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
3. Products, pricing, and availability
All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.
We work hard to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing accurate, but manufacturers change specifications without notice and errors happen. Product images are representative; the item you receive may differ in minor detail.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with a materially incorrect description, we may cancel the order even after it has been confirmed. If we do, we'll notify you and refund you in full. We're not obliged to sell at an erroneous price.
Availability is not guaranteed until your order ships. Some items are quote-only or made to order.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not accept your offer — acceptance occurs when we ship the item or confirm the order in writing.
We may decline or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where quantities suggest resale, where an item is mispriced, where we can't ship to your address, or where the order breaches these terms.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout unless you hold an approved commercial account.
Card surcharge. We apply a surcharge to credit card payments where permitted by law, disclosed to you before you complete checkout. The surcharge is not applied to debit or Interac payments, and is not applied to orders in Quebec. Surcharges are refunded proportionally on refunds.
Commercial accounts. Approved accounts may be extended net payment terms. Overdue balances may attract interest at 1.5% per month (19.56% per year) and may result in suspension of the account and any service agreements. Credit terms are granted at our discretion and may be withdrawn.
You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.
6. Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Delivery, return, and cancellation terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Please read them before ordering — freight delivery of machines works differently from parcel delivery, and some items are final sale.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Title passes on full payment.
7. Warranties
New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty from Yarbo, Segway Navimow, or FJD Dynamics. Those warranties are provided by the manufacturer, on the manufacturer's terms, and are the sole express warranty on the goods. We administer claims for the brands we're authorized to service.
Manufacturer warranties generally exclude normal wear (blades, brushes, tires, belts), impact damage, water ingress from improper storage, unauthorized modification or repair, and use outside stated operating conditions.
Beyond the manufacturer's warranty, and to the fullest extent the law allows, products are supplied "as is." Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any condition, warranty, guarantee, right, or remedy that applies to you under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, the Sale of Goods Act, or equivalent consumer legislation in your province, where those cannot be excluded.
8. Safe operation — please read this
Robotic mowers and autonomous snow equipment are powered machines with moving cutting elements and augers. They operate unattended. You are responsible for operating them safely.
By purchasing, you agree that you will:
- Read and follow the manufacturer's manual before first use
- Install boundaries, no-go zones, and virtual fences correctly for your property
- Clear the work area of debris, toys, hoses, cables, and obstacles before operation
- Keep children, pets, and bystanders away from operating machines
- Never reach under, lift, tip, or service a machine without powering it down as the manual directs
- Use only manufacturer-approved blades, parts, and accessories
- Never modify, disable, or bypass any safety feature, sensor, stop control, or lift sensor
- Store and charge equipment as the manufacturer specifies
- Comply with all applicable municipal bylaws, including noise and operating hour restrictions
- Operate only on property you own or have permission to maintain, with boundaries that do not encroach on neighbouring property or public land
You're responsible for damage or injury arising from unsafe operation, improper boundary setup, modification, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
RTK and GNSS positioning depends on satellite reception and network conditions we don't control. Position accuracy can be degraded by tree cover, structures, weather, and signal interference. Do not rely on autonomous navigation alone near hazards, drop-offs, water features, or roadways.
9. Services
Grounds maintenance, snow removal, installation, and fleet management are provided under a separate work order or service agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement governs.
For services performed on your property, you agree to:
- Provide safe, unobstructed access to the work area, including gate codes and keys where needed
- Disclose known hazards, including septic beds, irrigation heads, invisible fencing, buried utilities, low structures, and unmarked property features
- Secure pets during service visits
- Mark or remove items you don't want the equipment to encounter
We're not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed property features.
Snow removal. Service triggers, timing, and priority are set in your agreement. Snow and ice service is weather dependent and we cannot guarantee a specific completion time during a storm event. We do not warrant that a treated surface will be free of ice. Property owners remain responsible for their own premises liability.
Seasonal and recurring services renew and cancel on the terms in your agreement.
10. Site content and intellectual property
The WALLE Corp. name, logo, site design, written content, and photography are our property or used under licence, and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission.
Yarbo, Segway, Navimow, FJD Dynamics, Sveabot, and other manufacturer names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them to identify the products we sell as an authorized dealer or reseller. Nothing on this site claims ownership of those marks.
11. Reviews and submissions
If you post a review, photo, question, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to share and doesn't infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content that's unlawful, misleading, or off-topic.
12. Third-party services
Manufacturer mobile apps, cloud accounts, mapping services, and firmware are provided by the manufacturer under their own terms and privacy policies. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their availability, data handling, or changes to features. Some machine functions depend on these services continuing to operate.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except where liability cannot be limited under applicable consumer legislation:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost property value, lawn or turf damage, business interruption, or loss of data
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, carrier disruption, manufacturer supply constraints, labour disputes, utility failure, and government action
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unsafe or unlawful operation of equipment, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to bring proceedings in your home province under consumer protection legislation.
If something goes wrong, contact us first at kwalsh@walleondemand.ca — most issues are resolved faster by a phone call than by anything else.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
17. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. These terms, together with our policies and any signed service agreement, are the entire agreement between us. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.
