Sweep and scrub in one pass. Industrial floors, cleaned unattended.

The Sveabot S100 Pro R is the scrubbing variant of FJD's commercial cleaning platform — built for warehouses, distribution centres, manufacturing floors and industrial facilities where the soil load is heavier than a mop will lift.

Every cleaning mode runs at once rather than in sequence, so sweeping, scrubbing and recovery all happen in a single pass down the aisle. There is no mode to switch and no second lap.

WALLE Corp. is an authorized FJD Dynamics dealer. We ship anywhere in Canada, and we deploy, commission and service directly across the Greater Toronto Area and the Golden Horseshoe — Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Hamilton, Mississauga, Halton Hills, Waterdown, Dundas, Ancaster, Stoney Creek and Grimsby.

Deployment, facility mapping and operator training are included with every commercial unit.

Six sensors, not one

Most cleaning robots at this price run a single LiDAR and call it autonomous. The S100 Pro R layers six sensing systems, which is what lets it work in a building that changes shape daily:

3D LiDAR Volumetric mapping, floor to ceiling
2D LiDAR Fast horizontal scanning at floor level
Depth camera Close-range object shape and distance
Top vision camera Ceiling features for positioning reference
Line laser Drop and edge detection
Ultrasonic sensors Glass, mirrors and low-reflectivity surfaces

The ultrasonics matter more than they sound. Glass partitions and polished stainless are close to invisible to LiDAR, and they are everywhere in a modern distribution centre.

Why the enclosed filtration matters

On a conventional scrubber, debris ends up loose in the wastewater tank, which turns into a bacterial problem and a tank that needs scrubbing itself. The S100 Pro R traps waste above the filter and keeps the recovery tank clean, so the machine is emptied rather than decontaminated. Over a year of shifts that is a meaningful difference in how much labour the robot actually saves.

Navigation in a working building

3D point cloud mapping reads both floor and ceiling features, which is what keeps positioning accurate in a warehouse where the floor-level view changes every day as stock moves. It detects obstacles down to 3 cm and handles moving ones — staff, pallet trucks, shifting stacks — rather than only the fixed layout it was mapped against.

Right for you if…

Your floors are warehouse, industrial or back-of-house, carrying real soil. For finished floors in retail, education or healthcare, the S100 Pro M mops and adds UV-C sterilisation.

Priced per site. Floor area, layout complexity and shift pattern all affect the configuration — tell us about the facility and we will scope it.
